RETURN POLICY

1.  All part returns must be issued with a RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION (RGA) number prior to being returned. Call our PARTS DEPARTMENT toll free at 1(800)585-1206 for your RGA.

2.  CLEARLY NOTE THE RETURN WITH THE RGA NUMBER ON YOUR PACKAGE! Returns without an RGA are subject to additional handling charges or refusal. Refusals will be returned to the shipper freight collect. 

3.  Part returns must be within 30 days of date of shipment from Redwood Empire Concrete Pumping Equipment. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted. 

4.  All returned parts are subject to a 20% handling and restocking charge.

5. All parts must be tagged or identified with their original part number. In the case of Schwing parts please make sure all parts are labeled with their part numbers. In the case of concrete supplies an identifier will not be necessary. 

6. Parts must be returned in saleable condition. Redwood Empire Concrete Pumping Equipment reserves the right to deny any part returned that is damaged, used, or not re-saleable. 

7.  Electrical parts are returnable and subject to testing and approval. 

8.  All parts submitted for return must be shipped freight prepaid. 

9. Special order parts are not returnable. 

10.  We do not accept exchanges.

11.  All refunds will be dispersed within 30 days of initiating the refund.
